Erika Plez, Hunter McDaniel, Andre Williams, and Ashlee Amos! Each of these talented individuals brings a wealth of experience and a unique creative vision to elevate our clients’ productions.
Erika PlezCurrently based in Dover, Delaware, Erika combines her professional expertise as a social worker with her passion for the performing arts. With 15 years of experience in color guard, Erika has marched with *Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps*, *AMP World*, and more. She has taught and choreographed at numerous programs, including *Unionville High School* and *AMP World*, where she currently serves as a flag technician. As a member of WGI’s Future Leaders program, Erika is committed to fostering mentorship, leadership, and innovation in the marching arts. (READ MORE) |
Hunter McDanielHailing from Oklahoma, Hunter’s journey in the marching arts began at Sapulpa High School and continued as a performer with DCI’s *The Cavaliers* (2015–2018), where he served as Guard Sergeant. He also competed with WGI’s *Avant Guard* and *Northwest Independent* and has taught with high schools and world-class organizations such as *The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps* and *The Black Watch*. Hunter’s expertise in choreography, band visual, and indoor staging ensures that he brings a dynamic, impactful perspective to his designs. (READ MORE) |
André WilliamsIndianapolis-based artist André Williams is a powerhouse of talent in dance, color guard, and choreography. From his early days in the Warren Central Performing Arts Department to becoming the first male member of the Warren Central World Guard, André has continually pushed creative boundaries. A graduate of DePauw University with a focus on theater and dance, André has performed and choreographed across multiple platforms. As the founder and artistic director of Relevations Dance Company, André also serves as Guard Director for the nationally ranked Mt. Vernon Color Guard and as a designer for Elevate Performing Arts Independent World Guard and Winds. (READ MORE) |
Ashlee AmosAshlee, a USTA Professional member from Maryland, has an extensive performing arts background that spans baton twirling, color guard, and drum corps. A third-generation twirler, Ashlee has performed with the University of Delaware’s Delazure, AMP Winterguard, and the Hawthorne Caballeros. As a drill designer, choreographer, and USTA judge, she blends technical precision with artistic expression, making her designs both innovative and inspiring. She currently works with the Rising Sun High School Marching Band and continues to shape the next generation of performers. (READ MORE) |
