Jeremy Williams
OWNER / CEO
Jeremy Williams is the Owner and CEO of Guard Closet, a national resource for color guard, winter guard, marching band, indoor drumline, dance, and performance programs. A graduate of West Chester University, Jeremy is a former member of Field of View World Class Color Guard and the Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band. His career has lived at the intersection of marching arts, large-scale event production, visual design, and community building. From major parade and live television work with events like the Welcome America July 4th Parade, 6ABC Thanksgiving Day Parade, National Memorial Day Parade, National Independence Day Parade, Miss America Show Us Your Shoes Parade, Philadelphia Mummers Parade and Fancy Brigades, and the Giant Philadelphia Progress Pride Flag, Jeremy has built a career around creating moments that make people stop, look, and remember.
After years of selling costumes, flags, uniforms, and accessories, Jeremy and his husband, Chris, purchased Guard Closet with the goal of creating a place where every group, regardless of budget, could access products and support that help performers look confident and tell their story visually. Guard Closet continues to offer quality consignment uniforms and costumes while expanding into custom uniforms, flags, floors, props, spirit wear, formal wear, show design, choreography, drill writing, educational programming, and creative services. Jeremy’s approach is rooted in a simple belief: a great visual moment does not happen by accident. It is planned, designed, rehearsed, and supported by people who care enough to make it work.
Through Guard Closet, Unlimited Orange, and On A Water Break, Jeremy continues to support the marching arts community through ecommerce, marketing, social media, podcast production, event production, and storytelling. His work with Philly Pride 365 and the 1,000-foot Giant Philadelphia Progress Pride Flag reflects the same creative philosophy he brings to Guard Closet: create big visual moments with heart, purpose, and enough impact to bring people together. Whether it starts with a uniform, a flag, a floor, a parade route, or one wild idea that grows bigger than expected, Jeremy’s goal is always the same: help people create something worth looking at, worth remembering, and worth being part of from beginning to end.
