Meet Alicia Sharp | Guard Closet Brand Manager & Designer
Meet Alicia Sharp: Two Decades of Marching Arts Leadership

Guard Closet proudly welcomes Alicia Sharp to our team of Brand Managers! With over 20 years of experience in the pageantry arts, Alicia brings a unique blend of performance, design, and adjudication expertise to programs across the country.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Alicia began her journey in middle school, playing French horn and spinning with her high school band. Because her school didn’t have a winter program, she marched independent winter guard at age 13. Alicia completed two summers of drum corps before fully embracing the indoor activity, performing six seasons of winter guard and finishing her career with Etude Winter Guard.
Since then, Alicia has served as a color guard director, program coordinator, visual coordinator, and designer for numerous programs throughout the Southeast. She also brings the perspective of an experienced judge, working as a fall visual and color guard adjudicator and serving as a member of the Gulf Coast Judges Association each winter.
Beyond the marching arts, Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s in Education. She works as a writer and project coordinator, and lives in East Tennessee with her partner, Spence, and their two sons, Elliot and Atticus.
